6. Customs Clearance & Import Regulations

• Customers are responsible for complying with import regulations and customs procedures in their respective countries.

• Delays or additional costs arising from customs clearance are not the responsibility of Al Mujeeb Trading.

7. Risk & Title

• Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

• Title to goods transfers upon full payment receipt, unless otherwise stated in the sales agreement.

8. Returns & Damaged Goods

• Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.

• Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence (photos, delivery receipt).

• Return and replacement policies will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Return Policy.
